Hey! I’m Mya, owner of Coastal Kicks.

I started customizing shoes around 2020, during COVID-19. It was my main source of income.

I started by designing my friends some Vans, then some Nikes, and before I knew it - I have orders coming in one after another.

I’ve always been passionate about my art and I’ve been painting/drawing since I was a little girl. I loved designing shoes and creating something that I knew NOBODY else would have.

Even my remakes that you can order off my shop, they’re all hand painted. No stencils. So, they’ll always be just a little bit different than everyone else’s.

At the time, I didn’t know how to run a business, build a brand, market my services, nada. I was going back to college, working full-time in the medical field, trying to keep up with my shoe orders. I had to put my passion project down for a little while. Boy, have I learned a lot.

Now, you can order shoes again with me! I have a shop filled with custom designs that have been absolute HITS with past clients. I also have an order form if you want 100% custom shoes, even down to the laces.
