  • How quick is the turn around for a custom shoe?

    For a COMPLETELY custom shoe - roughly 3-4 weeks and it will be at your doorstep. This is dependent on the design requested and where you are in the waitlist. We’re very transparent about completion time once we have all of the details.

    For our shop shoes - 2-3 weeks. We have these designs down pat, however, we still have to order the blank shoe to size, paint them, and ship them out to you. These are much quicker, but still take some time. This is of course dependent on waitlist.

  • Will I know what the custom shoe looks like before I buy it?

    YES! If you put in a custom shoe inquiry, we send you a proposal with details and pricing options. We include a digital mock-up of the shoe with options for revision. Once you “accept” the proposal, you’ll be directed to payment and confirming your order.

    Keep in mind, once the mock-up proposal is accepted, you have 72 hours to reach out with any last minute design changes. Past 72 hours, we cannot guarantee that the design process hasn’t already been initiated.

    If you request design changes via email after the proposal has been accepted, we will need to send another proposal to confirm changes. You can only do this ONCE.

  • What if I accept the proposal but end up not wanting to go through with this at all?

    If you cancel your order after accepting the proposal and paying the invoice, we will refund you for the design and supply fees.

    After 72 hours, you will not receive any refund as we may have already started painting the shoe.

    The reason why there are no 100% refunds:

    - Some stores that we use do not offer returns.

    - If we’ve initiated the design, we most definitely cannot return the shoe, even if we “clean” them.

    - Time taken for design, shipping, and ordering.

    We add these details in our proposal and we are very transparent about this. Please consider these details before inquiry, and thank you so much for understanding!

  • How durable are custom painted shoes?

    We seal our shoes with water/dust/dirt resistant spray 3 times prior to shipping them out to you. We also provide aftercare instructions to help you keep your shoes fresh.

    Typically, with good care and moderate wear - 3 years.

    If you take excellent care of your shoe and continue to refresh the sealant spray - client’s shoes have last 5+ years.

  • Do you provide touch-ups?

    If you order a shoe from me - yes, I provide touch-ups!

    Touch-ups are FREE the first 30 days after ordering (if you’ve accidentally damaged the shoe, large scratches in the design, etc). Shipping fees not included.

    Past 30 days, touch-ups will be $15 + shipping fees.

  • What if I don't like the final product?

    We do give updates along the way - when the blank shoe comes in, sketches, outlines, and pictures of the completed shoe prior to shipping.

    If you do not like the final product/design, reach out to us within 7 days and we can further discuss solutions or potential alternatives.

    Keep in mind, we do NOT offer refunds for any completed shoe.

    The only refunds we provide are partial refunds within 72 hours of proposal acceptance.

  • Can I request rush orders?

    Rush orders may be available depending on our current workload. There is an additional fee for expedited service. Please include that you would like your order to be rushed/completed by a specific time frame in the inquiry form.
